Just what you say it is, bro! ;) I think Pemberton himself had those transparencies made for distribution in 100 copies of the disc, but i could be wrong. I've seen it change hands for 20-30 US$. Some of that music ended up on the various CD compilations, i'm sure. I hear there is a sheet or something included inside the box with signatures and/or photos of most of the artists involved. I know Jhon Balance from Coil was selling one a few years ago, and i can recall one or two other people selling theirs in auctions too. The fax discog at www.hyperreal.org/music/labels/fax/ gives some info about *when* they were put out (click on phase1) As far as price goes, i'm sure you could get some collector fool to give you a few hundred dollars for one.
