This should have been a warning for me - hehe. I was expecting more but instead I got a very mediocre droning type album. I guess I was hoping for some sweet Laswellian "idiot bass lines". >MOVE D & NAMLOOK If you are talking about "Exploring the Psychedellic Landscape": Excellent CD. As is "Day in the Live". However, I am most pleased with their latest effort, "The Retro Rocket". All are strong FAX releases - very synthy and beatful. np: DSOTM8 - damn good stuff. - --- + To post: ; to mail a person: + To unsubscribe: "unsubscribe" to + Online info at: www.faxlabel.com www.hyperreal.org/fax www.2350.org ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 17 Aug 1999 18:41:35 EDT From: Slntwtchr@aol.com Subject: (fax) rising high does anyone have, or know where i can find a list of the fax releases (with catalog numbers) that rising high re-issued? thanks. peace, dave ___________________________________________________________ bill laswell, eraldo bernocchi, mick harris and lori carson discographies at : http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Underground/7093/index.html ___________________________________________________________ - --- + To post: ; to mail a person: + To unsubscribe: "unsubscribe" to + Online info at: www.faxlabel.com www.hyperreal.org/fax www.2350.org ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 17 Aug 1999 19:05:01 -0700 From: "B. Here's what I know: RSN CD7 Silence RSN CD9 Dreamfish RSN CD10 Air And then compilations that were exclusively Fax material: RSN CD11 The Definitive Ambient Collection (vol 1) RSN CD13 The Definitive Ambient Collection (vol 2) Some or perhaps all of these were likely available on vinyl too. They probably used the same catalog numbers but substituted LP for CD in the numbering scheme. I think Silence, Dreamfish, and Air all had different cover artwork. There are a few Rising High discographies on the web, one of which has the track listings of the Def. Amb. Collections if you're curious. - -- Brad - --- + To post: ; to mail a person: + To unsubscribe: "unsubscribe" to + Online info at: www.faxlabel.com www.hyperreal.org/fax www.2350.org ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 18 Aug 1999 17:32:21 +0100 From: Rowland Atkinson Subject: (fax) FAX's for sale/trade Dear FAXlets Ive got these for sale (prices in dollars incl postage, haggling allowed) or Im looking for a copy of the Putney or other amb/idm, cheers rA Atom Heart - Live at Sel i/s/c PS 08/41 20 Pete Namlook - Syn PK 08/95 (2cd) 30 Redeye - Redeye PS 08/83 20 Namlook - Miles Apart PK 08/138 15 Namlook - Atom PK 08/107 15 Dr Atmo and the Basalt Boys - Whole Traffic PS 08/39 15 FAX poster - Classic image of circle within a circle design 20 rA NP: Octopus 2 - --- + To post: ; to mail a person: + To unsubscribe: "unsubscribe" to + Online info at: www.faxlabel.com www.hyperreal.org/fax www.2350.org ------------------------------ End of faxlist-digest V1999 #90 ******************************* --- + To post: ; to mail a person: + To unsubscribe: "unsubscribe" to + Online info at: www.faxlabel.com www.hyperreal.org/fax www.2350.org
