A thought crossed my mind: is Part XI of this disc the Snow that we've all been waiting for? Or am I reading too much into it, and really it's just "the more experimental track that's shoved to the end of the disc in familiar fax fashion"? I prefer the former, but I don't really know... Andre, The shirt is great and displays nicely in my helium-filled trophy case. Luckily, the excitement has died down so the crowds that took hours to file by the display have been reduced to a mere trickle of bored schoolchildren on a school outing. FIRSTLY: Is everyone happy with their fax t-shirts? ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 23 Mar 2001 17:26:45 +0000 From: "Paul Milligan" Subject: (fax) Out-of-prints available Just been on the Groove web site (www.groove.nl) and noticed they have several out-of-prints up for grabs at *very* reasonable prices ... eg. Silent Music, 2350/2, Psychonavigation, Jet Chamber 3 and a couple of others I think I saw. Go look! Further to my 2-for-1 sale yesterday, everything is now spoken for ... except HIA's "Freefloater" which I'm happy to bundle with the "IF" (cdr). I'll trade both these two for a title which doesn't necessarily have to come off my wants list so, all suggestions welcome, ambient vein naturally. Cheers. ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 23 Mar 2001 15:51:09 -0700 From: "Graham Banting" Subject: (fax) new releases Anybody (ahem..Andre) know what any of the upcoming releases are going to be?? I saw mention of a new World release with Namlook and New Composers on the SanSerif web site. Has anyone heard the new Namlook compilation yet and would like to comment? I think its outstanding.. the track selection is great.. its a comp of the live shows so if you dont own any/all of these its good. ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 25 Mar 2001 21:57:00 +0200 From: =?iso-8859-1?B?c3RtIH8=?= Subject: (fax) sublabel A few statistics about the recent sublabel discussion. I own 43 fax/aw cds at the moment, many of you may remain surprised by this extremely low number compared to the total fax output, anyway ... I have: 11 works from the PK series; 10 works from the PW series; 22 works from the PS series. This means that the sublabel covers 50 % of my current fax cds, even though I'm still missing some of the early works such as Sequential or Escape. I assume this is a good indicator of the strength of it's releases and it's quite a pity then that it's not active anymore as it was once. - -- Riccardo stm ÐÏࡱá .. . . . . . . . . .. tradepages www.crosswinds.net/~stm73/ .. . . . . . . . . .. ------------------------------ End of faxlist-digest V2001 #44 ******************************* --- + To post: ; to mail a person: + To unsubscribe: "unsubscribe" to + Online info at: www.faxlabel.com www.hyperreal.org/fax www.2350.org
