Just overstock, duplicates, and titles that, while masterpieces in their own right, are rarely-listened to and more importantly, could provide much-needed capital. Also, the Fax poster doesn't match the wallpaper. :) > this looks like some kind of audio exodus?? Fear not. I just need the cash. I'm getting married in October. Non Namlook sounding.. if i played it to you and didnt tell you it was namlook / laswell,, you wouldnt guess it.. the track itself was kind of techno(y) with some psychonavigational ethinc stlye elements which, unlike past releases that feature gratuitous samples of ethinc musicians playing, this time it sounds like they have either processed the samples to the point where the original is completely unrecognisable , or they have programmed something from scratch with whatever tool to sound kinda like something 'ethnic' percussion wise.. Im looking forward to hearing the full album.. Oskar Sala was a huge inspiration for Namlook and others and his contribution to electronic music was also huge. he will however, live on through his music and musical instruments. andre. ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 04 Mar 2002 16:58:02 -0700 From: David Hodgson Subject: (fax) FAX + HEADPHONE @ pbe...
