Add to that a sore reliance on seemingly endless and unvarying fight scenes, and there you have it: lots of action, terrible dialogue, cheesy romance and no real epic feel left to it. If The Matrix was an engrossing mystery novel, I would call Reloaded a Dummies Guide. peace, Christian.
