Looking at this Ricochet Dream site (link in the ebay listing), it appears to be mostly bootleg concert releases (I know for a fact that TD never officially released the CD listed in this catalog, especially on a weird label). I wonder if Spyra sees any royalties from these guys. PS: as usual, I'm just drawing attention to weird and/or possibly illegal FAX-ish stuff I see on ebay. I'm not affiliated with this seller and I don't endorse the idea of buying something that's not legit.
