So there should be a large reduction in spam traffic on the list. Again, I apologize for the troublesome messages that made it through. I plan on cleaning up the archives when I get a chance. Like everyone else who responded to Trevors posting " Spyra - weird CD on ebay", I too was curious as to the legitimacy of this release. So, I emailed DER Spyra to ask him, his responce "...of course, it is! - it is in fact a re-release from a cassette that I made in 1992." So there you have it! Having listened to the CD a couple of times I have to say that even though the quality or the mastering is definately there for my taste it's a mixed bag with regards to the music. Track one, LEVEL.VOICE which I instantly recognised was later re:worked for his debut Fax release Phonehead. All the other tracks are new to me and I think I own all if not most of his other CD releases, half of which could easily have been included on the brilliant Phonehead although the others are a little "experimental" in my opinon. However, I can honestly say that it's well worth owning for the passive DER Spyra listener and a must have new release for the hard core DER Spyra fan. Get your copy here: http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewSellersOtherItems&userid=organicnave l&include=0&since=-1&sort=3&rows=50 and perhaps you might want to bid on S.H.A.D.O 2, just listed!
