I agree, 4V3 is a great release. Good car material and accessible enough to play for friends. ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 30 Dec 2004 22:24:30 -0000 From: "David Calvert" Subject: (fax) FA: Compilation 4 (PK08/07), Deltraxx (PK08/83), Moog III (PK08/101) Just listed ... I don´t understand why this album isn't discussed by all of you here on this list. Don't much people own this disc? It would be quite logic because it´s still available. So is this one overlooked? Not high on everybody´s shoppinglist just like Richard Hughes (in his review on 2350.org)? Create does remember me of Shades of Orion 2, Psychonavigation 1, Namlook 5 or 2350 Broadway 2 for example the background in some ways, the very nice synthersizers of Mr. Kuhlmann, the very relaxing buildup of the long drowning track. For me it´s a classic just like 2350 broadway 2. I've heard Create a lot of times and that's necessary if want to understand the beauty of this master piece. It always gets better each time I listen. The artists have carefully put all the elements on the right places. A lot of rumbling, the echoing voices and the washes in the background about which the synthesisers are floating. It´s incredible how Pete increases the intensity of his cosmic pads and the way drummachine which consists of a huge hissing hi-hat cymbal and snare cuts, has put in this sphere. Auraphage, Trevor Cordes, Paul Milligan, Jackthetab, Micah Stupak and all the FAX people here on this list please share your thoughts about this. I'm really curious. There's not much written about this album. Is that correct? All the best, Ilmar2350 _________________________________________________________________ Nooit ongewenste berichten ontvangen: gebruik MSN Messenger http://messenger.msn.nl/ ------------------------------ End of faxlist-digest V2005 #1 ****************************** --- + To post: ; to mail a person: + To unsubscribe: "unsubscribe" to + Online info at: www.faxlabel.com www.hyperreal.org/fax www.2350.org
