I tried google and > eBay, but no real lead ... It's up now on ebay.de. This guy sells a copy every couple weeks. Check out item #4073630407 The track-list reads like it's all a FAX comp. I'm sure PK must have authorized this. It doesn't look too bad as a sampler, esp since it's quite a bit of music in the 3CD set. I don't have it yet though. If you get it you should report back to us on the quality. Not sure if there's anything on there that's not already available on CD on FAX... but perhaps there's some vinyl-only stuff? Again... let us know! ;-) ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 10 Feb 2005 13:33:47 +0100 From: richardhughes@planet.nl Subject: Re: (fax) Fax related ... The only track on this not available on CD anywhere else in the Fax catalogue is the Olympic - Marathon track which is here in the instrumental only version (very nice!) not the vocal version which is on Compilation 3. The mixed CD is pretty good too with some nice back and forth mixing between Syn and 4 Voice at the beginning. ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 11 Feb 2005 00:11:46 -0500 From: "jackthetab" Subject: Re: (fax) Fax related ... Pascal FEOS Presents: The Frankfurt Hardtrance History ... if you are not into the early trance of fax, then this may not be to your liking. it is worth picking up in my opinion. the feos mix makes it worth it. i do have a spare copy if anyone is interested. kunst und wahnsinn, jackthetab #####\ _ /##### #( )# | _( )__ | #( )# ##### | /_woof/ | ##### #" "# | ___m/I_ /_____ | #" "# # O # |____#-x.\ /++m\ /.x-#____| # O # #m.m# | /" \ ///###\\\ / "\ | #m.m# #####/ ######/ \###### \##### /_______________________________________\ die Intensität eines Automobilunfalles, ist einfach erstaunlich. ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 12 Feb 2005 00:21:04 -0500 From: Organicnavel@aol.com Subject: (fax) FA: eBay Hello, Recently listed for auction on ebay the following Fax rarities on cd: PKPWPS 2 - 1 YEAR DANCE - Various Fax Artists PW 17 - Wechselspannung - Sharp/Namlook [Sealed!] PW 20 - Shades of Orion - Tetsu Inoue/Namlook [Sealed!] PW 33 - Psychonavigation 3 - Namlook/Laswell [Sealed!] PW 40 - Psychonavigation 4 - Namlook/Laswell PK 08/102 - Jet Chamber - Namlook/Atom Heart PK 08/109 - Elektro - Namlook/Görl PK 08/117 - Amp - Namlook/Dandy Jack PK 08/158 - WIRED - Move D/Namlook V [Sealed!] PS 08/71 - Solphax - Victor Sol PS 08/82 - Sad World 3 - Dr. Atmo/Ramin Fax 5558-2 Sad World I + II - Dr. Atmo/Ramin [Instinct, Sealed!] Plus cds from Fax related artists Atom Heart [Flextone - 10th Anniversary Box, Interactive Music, Real Intelligence and Shellglove], Biosphere and Peter Benisch and several other electronic music gems. Hehe... best of luck in the future! I think many of us on this list were in that situation once. I never gave it much thought when I got the individual CD releases but then I started listening to the MP3 collection on repeat for quite a while and I've really started liking the entire series. Even 5, which at first turned me off (being so different from 1-4), has grown on me. Strange how the Pyschonav series isn't really worth much (dollar-wise), compared to other contemporary releases. It is far better than the average of the era. Perhaps there are too many copies floating around (2000 pressings)? ------------------------------ End of faxlist-digest V2005 #9 ****************************** --- + To post: ; to mail a person: + To unsubscribe: "unsubscribe" to + Online info at: www.faxlabel.com www.hyperreal.org/fax www.2350.org
